A look in to the Agency

A year after celebrity hair and makeup artist Melissa Schleicher opened her first salon Parlour 3, Melissa and her cousin Amber Shuff who has been her booking agent for 17 years, saw that there was a need for more freelance artists to send on-location jobs. With Melissa’s busy schedule, she was unable to accommodate all of her clients and requests, so she wanted to give other hair and makeup artists the opportunity to fulfill their dreams in the beauty industry as well. With family being an integral part of the Parlour 3 brand, Melissa and Amber decided to start Parlour 3 Beauty Agency together.

Parlour 3 Beauty Agency has flourished over the years providing on-location hair and makeup services for photo shoots, video shoots, events, and TV appearances.  Our clients range from musicians, actors, models, and anyone with a desire for a little extra glam!
