Salon Policies

We’re here to answer all your frequently asked questions as well as lay out our salon policies for cancellations and color appointments.

FAQs

  • We have an experienced hair and makeup team that is available for hire to come to your location to make your special day as seamless as possible! Please contact our event coordinator at events@hunter-paige.com for more information!

  • Welcome! To schedule your first appointment, we recommend giving the front desk a call. They will be more than happy to give you a personalized recommendation on the stylist best suited for your needs. We also have online booking available for spray tans, brow services, and makeup.

  • We have limited parking available on our top floor parking lot that faces Franklin Road. We have more parking available on our lower level (our back entrance faces Pewitt Street). On our lower level we have two parking lots directly behind the building as well as a shared parking lot with Parlour 3 Collection, along the side of the building.

SALON POLICIES

Cancellation Policy
We want to give every guest the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.

Color Policy
We ask all of our new guests to make an appointment for a color consultation prior to their service. This allows us to book the right time, services, and stylist. We also request a $50 deposit to make the appointment. This will then be applied to the service.

Re-do Policy
We want each of our guests to feel confident and beautiful at the end of their appointment. If you are dissatisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days. We are more than happy to get you back into the salon as soon as possible to adjust any color or cut.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day.

Retail Return Policy

We want to make you love your newly purchased products, so if they do not meet your expectations we kindly accept exchanges or refunds within 30 days.

*Hair extension purchases are nonrefundable and considered final sale.
